Lore
The Atal'ai trolls, led by the prophet Jammal'an, built the temple to call down their blood god Hakkar. The green dragonflight sank it beneath the swamp, but the Atal'ai kept up their rites in the flooded halls, and dragons of the Dream still stand guard against them.
