  • : Improved Berserker Rage was fixed; it was not removing movement impairments.
  • : Build 70291 fixed three rage-from-damage-taken bugs: player health used instead of a creature's, crits and crushing blows, and absorbs; rage is now balanced on 20-40% armour by level.
  • : Weapon swaps within one global cooldown work again (build 70291).
  • : Demoralizing Shout now puts some threat on every enemy it hits (build 70291); before that it caused no threat.
  • : Spearing Strike dismounts targets again (build 70291).
  • : Last Stand grants the correct amount of health again (build 70291); it had been giving the wrong amount.
  • : Impale requires Deep Wounds again (build 70291).
  • : Deep Wounds no longer scales with the off-hand weapon's attack power (build 70291).
  • : Crits with a basic attack now give 100% more rage.
  • : Fury was rebuilt for levelling: Whirlwind always hits with both weapons without a talent, Bloodthirst scales at 45% of attack power (up from 35%), Flurry needs Death Wish instead of Enrage, and three new talents arrived. Protection's early rows were reshuffled and Toughness was removed.
  • : Precision, Boundless Rage and Improved Cleave were removed from the Warrior tree.
  • : Unbridled Wrath no longer doubles for two-handed weapons.
  • : Berserker Rage is learned at level 30 instead of 32.
  • : Dual Wield Specialization stopped giving hit.
  • : Furious Precision was added in row 3.
  • : Booming Voice also cuts shout rage costs by 5–25%, and shout durations became baseline.
  • : Raging Blows now makes Cleave and Whirlwind cost 3 less rage; its off-hand Whirlwind effect became baseline.
  • : Gore Drinker was added.
  • : Lingering Rage was added.
  • : Blood Craze no longer triggers from Bloodthirst.
  • : Anticipation moved to row 2.

  • : Crits with a basic attack gave 75% more rage.
  • : Eureka! no longer helps Rend's bleed.
  • : Dungeon quest XP was cut; it still pays about 2.2 times Classic's.
  • : Known issue: mobs can parry and block from behind at close range.
  • : Respawn rates were raised in Hillsbrad, Ashenvale, Wetlands, Duskwood and Thousand Needles.
  • : Rend now tags a mob to you instantly.
  • : Sunder Armor now tags a mob instantly.

Still open

  • Damage-taken rage bug: fixed in build 70291. Measure rage per hit taken at 10-20 and compare it with the old numbers.
  • Rage from damage taken and absorbs: live in beta (Blizzard: absorbs are ignored, as if none were active). Test with a Priest's Power Word: Shield on, and see whether your real armour matters or the curve just assumes 20-40%.
  • Dual Wield Specialization: the client says +10–50% off-hand rage; Blizzard's patch note read like a removal. Measure off-hand rage per swing with and without the talent.
  • Improved Slam: the 70205 tooltip says a 3-second cooldown cut at both ranks. Is rank 1 really 3 seconds?
  • Bloodrage and combat: its tooltip lost "considered in combat" in 70170; whether it still puts you in combat is disputed. Test Charge after Bloodrage.
  • Skyborne stance quest: is The Skybreaker Bulwark the Skyborne Defensive Stance quest, or do Skyborne go to the Bartleby and Uzzek chains?
  • Demoralizing Shout threat (fixed, amount not stated): measure it against Thunder Clap. Parries from behind (known issue) is still open.
  • Everything above level 30 is untested until the beta cap rises.
