Engineers craft explosives, goggles, scopes, mechanical pets and one-off devices. In Forever they also put down robots at camp that sell reagents and repair gear for anyone nearby.

Hunter (2nd choice, at the level cap, with Leatherworking): Engineering adds the Repair Bot to the camp at skill 140 and keeps scope recipes available, while Leatherworking keeps ammo bags and armor coming.
What Forever changes
Camp items
Engineering summons a Reagent Bot at skill 20 (nearby players can buy reagents), a Repair Bot at 140 (reagents and repairs) and an Anarchist's Workbench at 300 that some recipes need. Tier 2 and tier 3 items each need a Blueprint recipe item first.
New recipes
86 of the 295 Engineering abilities are new in Forever and 40 changed; the highest yellow threshold is 320.
Shared cooldown
Every bomb, dynamite and grenade shares one 1-minute cooldown, so only one can be thrown a minute whatever you carry.
