Who to bring

Maraudon is a long dungeon with poison, roots and a lot of non-elite adds, so area damage helps.

• Dispels: poison cure for Noxxion's Toxic Volley; Smoke Bomb on Lord Vyletongue is magic.
• Interrupts: Celebras the Cursed's Wrath and Entangling Roots.
• Tanks: a second tank helps against Princess Theradras, whose fear and knockback throw the aggro holder away from her.
• Fear protection: Fear Ward on the tanks against Princess Theradras.
• Resistance: Nature protection potions for Noxxion's Toxic Volley and Theradras.
• Area damage: the Noxxion Spawn, Celebras's summoned Forces of Nature and Landslide's Shardlings.

Route: the crossroads at Zaetar's Choice leads north to the Wicked Grotto (Tinkerer Gizlock, Lord Vyletongue, Celebras the Cursed), south to Foulspore Cavern (Razorlash, Noxxion) and east to Earth Song Falls (Landslide, Rotgrip, Princess Theradras). In the Classic dungeon the groups call the Grotto the purple side and the Cavern the orange side.

Bosses

1. Noxxion area damage on the spawn, cure the poison, hold aggro.
2. Razorlash face away, heal the Puncture bleed.
3. Tinkerer Gizlock step out of the gun's cone, move off bombs, watch pets.
4. Lord Vyletongue pull the doorway guards alone, close the gap, dispel the stun.
5. Celebras the Cursed area damage on the adds, interrupt Wrath and Roots, heal through the slow.
6. Landslide ignore the shardlings, kill the boss.
7. Rotgrip pull him to the surface, burst him down.
8. Princess Theradras second tank or wall bounce, Fear Ward, stay at range.

Lore

Maraudon is the sacred cavern of the centaur, where the demigod Zaetar was slain by his own kin and his earth-elemental mate Theradras went mad with grief. Corruption seeped through the caves and turned the spirits of the grove against the living. The Orange and Purple wings wrap around Poison Falls and Earth Song Falls, where the princess waits.
