Skyborne Lore & Abilities | World of Warcraft: Forever
Summary
Blizzard's Skyborne video says the new race can join either faction, and that choice decides whether a Skyborne can be a
Mage or a
Shaman. They are Shen'dorei, high elves exiled from Eldre'Thalas nearly 10,000 years ago.
Highlights
- Skyborne can be
Warriors,
Hunters,
Rogues and
Druids on either side, with new Druid forms. - Only Alliance Skyborne can be Mages, and only Horde Skyborne can be Shamans.
- Windshapers want to restore the bond with the wind spirits, while the
High Order want to master Skywall's magic. - Every Skyborne has
Walk on Air, which turns a fall into a controlled glide. - The Skyborne mount is the Galestrider crane, and character creation offers tattoos, hair feathers and exclusive hair options.
