A mountain around the world tree Nordrassil, recovering from Archimonde's defeat, and a coming WoW Forever raid site.
Overview
Blizzard presents Mount Hyjal as a place to see what followed the demon lord's fall and to help a recovering land, including a journey through Darkwhisper Gorge. It also says Hyjal Summit will host 20-player raid encounters.

Lore
Mount Hyjal is where the Third War reached its climax. Archimonde struck directly at the world tree Nordrassil, in which the dragon Aspects had placed enchantments.
The night elves, the Alliance refugees and the New Horde united to defend the tree. Malfurion sounded the Horn of Cenarius, and the wisps channeled their energy into Nordrassil, vaporizing Archimonde. The tree's enchantments were lost, and the night elves became mortal.
