Overview
Barrow Deeps is a level 60 raid for 10 players hidden beneath Kalimdor, reached through entrances in Mount Hyjal, Winterspring and Blackmaw Hold. Inside are eight bosses, spread through the depths of an ancient prison.

Who to bring
- Ten players, all level 60. A group this small has room for two tanks and two or three healers at most, so every slot counts.
- No attunement is needed: any level 60 character can enter.
- Three entrances lead in, through Mount Hyjal, Winterspring and Blackmaw Hold, so the group can meet at whichever is closest.
- The raid resets weekly.

Lore
For ten thousand years the Barrow Deeps held Illidan Stormrage, locked away beneath Mount Hyjal by his brother Malfurion and watched over by Maiev Shadowsong and her wardens. Its dark passages have now been opened. Raiders descend into the prison to learn what became of those left behind in it, and how the wardens mean to contain what still waits below.
