The WoW Forever Beta Celebration is Underway

The WoW Forever beta closes at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Friday, October 23, and its final 24 hours bring a one-time celebration to the starting zones. Blizzard says the event will very likely hand out items and experiences that won't exist once WoW Forever launches on November 4.

Highlights

• The beta closes at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Friday, October 23
• A celebration runs through the beta's final 24 hours
• Zones: Zephras Isle, Dun Morogh, Elwynn Forest, Teldrassil, Durotar, Tirisfal Glades and Mulgore
• Event items and experiences are not expected to carry into the launched game

The celebration

For the beta's last day, Blizzard has set off a one-off event across Zephras Isle, Dun Morogh, Elwynn Forest, Teldrassil, Durotar, Tirisfal Glades and Mulgore, and invites testers to log in one final time to see it. It ends with the beta itself at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Friday, October 23. Anything the event gives out should be treated as temporary: Blizzard expects most of it not to exist after launch on November 4.
