Known Issues - WoW Forever - Updated Nov. 5

Kaivax

Blizzard’s new known-issues list for WoW Forever names eight problems it plans to fix, and says it is not a full list and will be updated regularly. PvP vendors are unavailable in every city, an Ashenvale quest is disabled, and a Razorfen Kraul cauldron can trap players.

Highlights

  • PvP vendors are temporarily unavailable in Orgrimmar, Stormwind and Dalaran
  • The Ashenvale quest Vorsha the Lasher is disabled until a crash bug is fixed
  • A cauldron near Roogug in Razorfen Kraul can trap players who fall in
  • Xbox Elite 3 (Actium) controller not recognized and its paddles cannot be bound
  • Bank tabs display outside the frame; Stormwind Keep entrance may flash

What this means for players

Anyone planning to use the PvP vendors will need to wait, because Blizzard lists them as unavailable in all three cities. Players leveling in Ashenvale will find Vorsha the Lasher disabled, and anyone running Razorfen Kraul should keep clear of the cauldron near Roogug.

Dungeons and raids

  • In Razorfen Kraul, a cauldron near Roogug can be fallen into, and players get stuck there. Reported

Gamepad

  • Deleting more than one rare or epic item at once can produce an error. Reported
  • The Xbox Elite 3 (Actium) controller is not recognized correctly, so its paddle buttons can’t be assigned to actions. Reported
  • Joining a voice channel may show the push-to-talk keyboard instructions when it should not. Reported

World and quests

  • PvP vendors are temporarily unavailable in all locations: Orgrimmar, Stormwind and Dalaran. Reported
  • The Ashenvale quest Vorsha the Lasher is disabled until a bug that causes a crash is fixed. Reported
  • The Stormwind Keep entrance may look wrong, with flashing textures. Reported

User interface

  • Bank pages display as pages, which puts the tabs outside the frame. Reported
